Oneida County Register of Deeds Property Watch Alert

Property Watch Alert is free online service to help monitor real estate and address potential fraud.  It’s also available to all Oneida County property owners.  Although this service does not prevent fraud, it is an early notification system to alert property owners after they get signed up. Notifications will be sent to an email or text when any type of document gets recorded that matches the name or entity entered into this system.  This applies to all documents; deeds, mortgages, satisfactions, utility easements, etc., but they need to sign up.  Visit the Oneida County Register of Deeds web page to find the form.
